Tenant Policy

1. Depending on the Room/Sharing Type maintenance charges may apply at the time of Exit/Checkout
2. The token amount paid will be adjusted to the security deposit amount you'll be paying subsequently.
3. The token amount for reservation of space is non-refundable. This ensures that space is exclusively reserved for you.
4. Verification of Employee ID, Address proof & Identity proof documents are must for admission
5. Minimum Period of stay is 3 months
6. Rent is due on 7th of the month
7. Refund of deposit post vacating the room will be done net of any dues within 15 working days from the date of vacation.
8. PG Tenant policy (Rules & guidelines) to be followed strictly
9. Booking confirmation is subject to agreement with PG Tenant Policy
